Cut out a halloween banner from the Banner Sheet included with this post. Using double-sided tape or roll-on adhesive, attach each banner to card stock, which is the same color on both sides. | Trim the background color to be about 1/8” or 1/4” all-around larger than the halloween banner. Be consistent so it will line up with the twin piece.
Using masking tape or artist’s tape, attach the banner to the dowel rod or popcycle stick that you have inserted in your caramel apple or cupcake or other treat. | Then add two pieces of tape (wrapped backward to become double stick) to each side.
Attach first mounted banner to second mounted banner. It is important to have a mounted photo on each side so that it is attractive from all angles. | Tie a pretty bow at the base of the mounted banner. I like to tie one on each side. Now you have a festive Halloween Topper! Happy Haunting! |
